Life Skills Center Program Director

SailFuture is a wraparound services agency that combines housing, mental health, academic, case management, vocational, and life skills services to motivate and lead high-risk teens to stability and sustained personal growth.

The Program Director manages and leads our Teen Crisis Center located in downtown St. Petersburg in partnership with SailFuture’s Child Welfare Case Managers. This consolidated team offers a wide range of services and activities, ranging from 6am pick-ups for school and afternoon medical appointments to evening resume prep and weekend sailing journeys in Tampa Bay.

Our team is expected to be whoever our kids need us to be on any given day. We recognize that the behaviors and outbursts we see with teens in foster care are a symptom of a systemic problem, not an indication of a child’s potential, worth, or character. We are seeking applicants who share this belief and are authentically committed to our kids.
